Adult Coaching at Kingston Bagpuize with Southmoor Tennis Club

Kingston Bagpuize with Southmoor (KBS) Tennis Club has only recently become one of our venues, but we've already implemented a wide ranging coaching program that caters for players old and new. 

​

We offer both term-time sign up coaching, as well as 'Pay & Play' drop-in sessions for more flexibility.

​

Pay & Play Drop In Sessions cost £11.50

 

We offer discounts to players when they sign up for the full term:

​

Members 30% = £8.05 per hour

Non Members 15% = £9.78 per hour

​

Drop-In Pay and Play sessions are £11.50 per hour (members and non members same price) 

​

We support our local Emergency workers, Military personnel, Teachers, School Staff and NHS Workers along with anyone who has a blue light card.

​

There is a 30% discount on drop-in sessions for blue light workers, teachers and blue light card holders

January Term Dates

The new term of coaching will run:

Monday 6th January for 12 weeks until Saturday 5th April 

No Coaching During Half Term 17th - 23rd February

Levels Explained

  • Beginners / Rusty Rackets - For those just starting out or haven't played in a while.

  • Improvers - For those who have been playing recreationally for a while with a little more experience

  • Club - For those who play regularly wishing to develop their current game

  • Academy - Experienced players who wish to compete. Please note these groups operate on an invite only basis, however if you feel this is the right session for you please contact us on info@exceltennis.co.uk

Cardio Tennis:

  • Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court.

  • It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun.
